Account Management

Time spent on account management can absorb almost half of an agency’s activities and plays a major role in delivering successful PR campaigns.  If you are ready to step up to managing a PR account and want to be better prepared to handle the interpersonal and strategic skills needed, then my open workshop run with the CIPR can help you.

Book for the 11 October 2017 PR Account Management workshop being held at the CIPR in London. To get you started, learn how you can be a better PR manager.  Or read my article in Influence Magazine.

Or if you would like me to run a tailored course in-house to prepare your staff for the account management role, then please do get in touch.
