Chartered Institute of Public Relations

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations is the professional body for PR practitioners in the UK and has over 9,000 members. It provides training and development opportunities through a programme of PR training courses to suit all levels and I deliver webinars, workshops, tailored training programs and qualification courses on its behalf.   I am also vice chair of the CIPR’s Marcomms sector group.


The PR Academy

The PR Academy is the largest provider of CIPR qualifications and delivers a wide range of face-to-face and online courses to more than 500 communications practitioners each year.  I am course leader and tutor on many of these courses.


Ceres PR

An award winning PR agency that specialises in food and consumer PR, health and nutrition and business to business PR campaigns.  I have been working alongside Ceres’ team of PR experts for over 10 years to deliver integrated traditional and digital media campaigns.


Yorkshire Provender Soups

This innovative company has earned a reputation for making fresh soups in a home made style and I have been working with its founders, Terry and Belinda Williams, for over 5 years handling their public relations.


 Nordic Bakery

This beautiful Scandinavian-style cafe is famous for its cinnamon buns.

I have been working with Nordic Bakery for over a year now and there are three cafes in London  (Soho, Marylebone and Baker Street) all offering a peaceful place to meet with friends and enjoy a coffee with Nordic sandwiches and pastries.



Sopexa UK

Sopexa is a marketing and PR agency for the French food and wine sector. I have been working with the UK communications team for over 10 years handling campaigns for French cheeses, wines and fresh fruit and vegetables.
